This apartment complex is a small, clean, gated community for any senior who wants a quiet community to live in. It has ... a gym, a movie theater and lots of other amenities to enjoy. The staff members are professional and courteous. There are two courtesy officers who live in the community who will respond to any emergency that arise. I first want to start off by saying customer service is a must for me especially when I’m in the market to purchase or to ... view something that’s really dear to my heart. I encounter speaking with Miss Shelia not only was she professional but she went all the way out of her way to make me feel special and to ensure me that I was making the right decision for this particular community. I was in awe how beautiful her spirit, demeanor and professionalism was it all matched to what I was looking for. I feel at ease speaking with her She answer all the questions that I asked the property, she walked me around this beautiful community that was in a very great condition, Visually it was very clean and very well-kept. For maintenance men We’re on site working everyone was totally professional and I enjoyed my visit at this particular community. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for their parents or (parent) a beautiful place to stay. I'm so happy with my space. The new manager is very attentive to tenants concerns and the appearance of the premises. Working ... on many improvements. The staff is very kind and prompt to repairs that can be done within their control and staff. Its peaceful and convenient to daily needs. Overall the Tenants are friendly. Covid has limited use of amenities. Due to how long the property has been here it's well kept. Upgrades would make it a plus. Compared to newer communities I love the floor plans much better here.
